Everything was excellent, however we stayed for 2 nights only. The breakfast was served in the restaurant. Location: the hotel was short walk to main market, lake and attractions and lake. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Greatly enjoyed Sapanca, the hotel was relaxing in the middle of jackson. The staff was respectful, really made a difference to my trip. The room was spotlessly clean and featured climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. The setting was amazing, really close to main market, lake and attractions and the restaurant and Sapanca.

There was a spotless room with the jacuzzi. The price was US$ 152.

The hotel location is remote, tucked away on a quiet street which can be difficult to locate. The mountain view from the pool area is stunning. Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks. The room's bathroom had poor ventilation and a musty smell. The showerhead was clogged and moldy. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options. The game room and advertised facilities were often closed or unavailable, although the staff was polite.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired with dirty cups and torn curtains.

The treatment rooms provide a private and intimate experience, making you feel pampered and relaxed. Moreover, the garden area of the hotel is a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or for a romantic evening walk.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't properly working, which caused some discomfort during the night. Although the hotel staff tried to fix the issue, it persisted throughout our stay.

The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were great and I especially loved the room with the jacuzzi. We had an amazing stay! The Turkish Bath was so relaxing and the massage was excellent. The lake view from our room was unbelievable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The half board option offered a wide selection of delicious food.

I had a wonderful stay at Cabir Deluxe Hotel. The views of the lake and mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel staff, especially Renim and Canan, were friendly and always eager to help. They even upgraded one of our standard rooms to a premium room, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had a spectacular view and the room service prices were very reasonable. The pool staff were also very nice and the massages offered were affordable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the rooms were comfortable, they were on the smaller side. The hotel policy considering children aged 13 as adults and charging the same rate was a bit disappointing.

Stunning views of the mountains and lake from the restaurant offered a delightful dining experience. The room service prices are affordable to your pocket. rooms with Jacuzzi provided tranquility and privacy for guests to enjoy their stay even more.

Ineffective air conditioning and confusing directions for parking. Lack of housekeeping service during the morning hours, and even worse the staff not helping you with the parking or handling the bags made it worse.

During my Easter stay, I had a great time at the hotel. the location of the hotel is amazing! The view of the lake is simply magical and the key locations, like the pool and the game room, were great. the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were available whenever we needed, and made our stay so much more comfortable. Lastly, the hotel had affordable massage services that were just what we needed to relax.

There were some poor aspects of our stay. the rooms were not clean.
